Community Projects / Awareness / 2012 / Spirit Day

I did this for Spirit Day.

In case you don't know, Spirit Day is an international event to raise awareness of bullying and help prevent it in all forms. The day was started in 2010 as a response to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth who took their lives due to bullying.
People like Shay Mitchell, Dianna Agron, Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal and a ton more support GLAAD. [link] Even if you don't support being gay, you shouldn't bully people that are gay.

This is fantastic. The concept is nice and clear and and the purple tint is great!
The pose is very expressive, and I like the quote on your hands.
All I'd personally change is the zoom. Perhaps you could widen the frame?
Overall, well done!

I don't support bullying in any way shape or form, and I personally think people should be able to love who they want. I am straight, but I support the LGBT crowd as well.

_{I strongly disagree with bullying. Though I very, very much don't support gays, lesbians, etc., I don't think they should be bullied, especially to the point of death. Well, you know what I mean, they shouldn't be hurt to the point where they will hurt themselves like that.

I only support Spirit Day because it's to raise awareness of bullying. Not because it was started as response to the bullying of gays, etc., but because it's to stop bullying of all forms. I don't believe gays and lesbians are hurt any differently than the tons of other kids who aren't like that.
